Chickpea salad with tomato and onion

A quick, cold salad with chickpeas and lemon.

Ingredients

For 2 servings.

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 pcs tomato
  • 1 pcs onion
  • 1 pcs lemon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

How to make it

  1. Dice the tomatoes and chop the onion finely.
  2. Rinse the chickpeas and mix them with the tomato and onion.
  3. Halve the lemon, squeeze the juice over and turn the salad.
  4. Season the salad with salt and pepper and let it steep in the fridge for a quarter of an hour.
