Ingredients
For 2 servings.
- 1 can white beans
- 4 slices rye bread
- 150 g cucumber
- 1 pcs tomato
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
How to make it
- Cut the cucumber and the tomato into slices.
- Mash the white beans with a fork together with the oil, salt and pepper, until the mash is spreadable.
- Spread the bean mash on the rye bread.
- Put the cucumber and tomato on top and cut the sandwiches across.
