- 4 slices rye bread
- 100 g hummus
- 100 g beetroot
- 100 g cucumber
How to make it
- Cut the cucumber into slices and drain the beetroot.
- Spread the hummus on the rye bread.
- Put the beetroot and cucumber on top and cut the sandwiches across.
