For 2 servings.

  • 1 can lentils
  • 150 g cucumber
  • 2 pcs tomato
  • 1 pcs lemon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

How to make it

  1. Dice the cucumber and the tomatoes.
  2. Rinse the lentils and mix them with the cucumber and tomato.
  3. Halve the lemon, squeeze the juice over and turn the salad.
  4. Season the salad with salt and pepper and let it stand in the fridge while you lay the table.
