Ingredients
For 2 servings.
- 150 g bacon
- 4 pcs eggs
- 1 pcs avocado
- 1000 ml water
- 1 tsp pepper
How to make it
- Boil the eggs in water for 8-10 minutes and cool them in cold water.
- Peel and halve the eggs, and dice the avocado.
- Fry the bacon in a pan for 5-6 minutes, until the fat has rendered out and it is crisp.
- Put the avocado and eggs in a bowl and break the bacon over in pieces.
- Scatter pepper over and serve the salad while the bacon is still crisp.
