Black bean chilli with sweetcorn

A filling, vegan chilli with beans and sweetcorn.

30 minutes in total — 10 minutes of preparation and 20 minutes on the hob or in the oven. Written for 4 servings.

Ingredients

For 4 servings.

  • 2 can black beans
  • 200 g sweetcorn
  • 4 pcs tomato
  • 2 pcs onion
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

How to make it

  1. Chop the onions.
  2. Dice the tomatoes.
  3. Heat the oil in a pot and fry the onion for 4-5 minutes, until soft.
  4. Add the beans, sweetcorn and tomato and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Season the chilli firmly with salt and pepper and ladle it into deep bowls.
