Pork and broccoli gratin

Potatoes, broccoli and smoked pork loin under a blanket of cream and cheese. One dish, one lot of washing up.

Ingredients

For 4 servings.

  • 400 g smoked pork loin
  • 400 g broccoli
  • 800 g potatoes
  • 250 ml cream
  • 150 g cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

How to make it

  1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees and let it preheat for about 10 minutes.
  2. Cut the potatoes into thin slices, break the broccoli into florets, dice the pork loin and grate the cheese.
  3. Lay the potato slices in a dish and spread the broccoli and meat on top.
  4. Pour the cream over, season with salt and pepper and scatter the cheese on.
  5. Bake the gratin for 35-40 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and the cheese has colour.
  6. Let it rest for five minutes before cutting it.
