Tuna salad with olives and cucumber

Tuna stirred with lemon instead of bottled dressing, with olives and cucumber to give it bite.

Ingredients

For 2 servings.

  • 2 can tuna
  • 100 g olives
  • 200 g cucumber
  • 1 pcs lemon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

How to make it

  1. Dice the cucumber, halve the lemon and squeeze the juice from it.
  2. Stir the tuna with the lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Fold in the cucumber and olives.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and serve the salad cold.
