Baked salmon with root vegetables and lemon
The root vegetables get the oven to themselves first, and the salmon goes in for the last twenty minutes.

Ingredients
For 4 servings.
- 400 g salmon
- 1000 g potatoes
- 400 g carrots
- 1 pcs lemon
- 80 g butter
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
How to make it
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees and let it preheat for about 10 minutes.
- Cut the potatoes into wedges, the carrots into batons and the lemon into slices.
- Turn the potatoes and carrots in half the melted butter in a dish and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast them for 25 minutes.
- Lay the salmon on top with the lemon slices and dot the rest of the butter over.
- Bake on for 16-18 minutes, until the salmon flakes apart.
- Put the salmon on the plates with the root vegetables around it.
