Carrot soup with bread
Carrots boiled completely soft and blended with milk into a soup that is sweet by itself.

Ingredients
For 2 servings.
- 600 ml water
- 500 g carrots
- 4 slices bread
- 50 g butter
- 200 ml milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
How to make it
- Peel the carrots and cut them into slices.
- Boil the carrots tender in the water for 15-20 minutes.
- Blend the carrots with the water and milk into a creamy soup.
- Season the soup with salt and pepper, butter the bread and stand it alongside.
