Baked potato with tuna and sweetcorn

  • 600 g potatoes
  • 1 can tuna
  • 100 g sweetcorn
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

How to make it

  1. Heat the oven to 220 degrees and let it preheat for about 10 minutes.
  2. Scrub the potatoes and halve them.
  3. Drain the tuna and mix it with the sweetcorn and crème fraîche.
  4. Bake the potatoes cut side down for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Season the tuna mixture with salt and pepper and fill it into the potatoes while they are still steaming.
