Egg salad without mayonnaise
Boiled eggs stirred with crème fraîche. The same lunch, without the bottle from the fridge door.

Ingredients
For 2 servings.
- 6 pcs eggs
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 150 g cucumber
- 1000 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
How to make it
- Boil the eggs in water for 8-10 minutes and cool them in cold water.
- Peel the eggs and chop them roughly. Dice the cucumber.
- Stir the eggs and crème fraîche together and fold in the cucumber.
- Season the egg salad with salt and pepper and eat it cold.
