Ham sandwich with remoulade and cucumber

Ham on buttered rye bread with remoulade and cucumber slices. Four minutes, if the rye bread is already sliced.

Ingredients

For 2 servings.

  • 100 g ham
  • 4 slices rye bread
  • 3 tbsp remoulade
  • 150 g cucumber
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 tsp pepper

How to make it

  1. Cut the cucumber into slices.
  2. Butter the rye bread.
  3. Lay the ham on in loose folds and dot remoulade on top.
  4. Put the cucumber slices on, scatter pepper over and cut the sandwiches across.
