Lentil bolognese with spaghetti
A vegan version of the classic bolognese, made with lentils.

Ingredients
For 4 servings.
- 1 pcs onion
- 200 g carrots
- 2 can lentils
- 6 tbsp tomato purée
- 400 g spaghetti
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
How to make it
- Chop the onion and dice the carrots small.
- Heat the oil in a pot and fry the onion and carrots for 5-6 minutes.
- Add the lentils and tomato purée and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cook the spaghetti in plenty of water as the packet says, typically 9-11 minutes.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper and fold the spaghetti into it.
