Salmon in the oven with butter and lemon
Salmon baked in a dish with courgette, knobs of butter and lemon slices on top.

Ingredients
For 4 servings.
- 600 g salmon
- 50 g butter
- 1 pcs lemon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 300 g courgette
How to make it
- Heat the oven to 190 degrees and let it preheat for about 10 minutes.
- Cut the courgette into slices, and cut the lemon into slices.
- Lay the salmon and courgette in a dish, dot the butter over, put the lemon slices on top and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, until the salmon flakes apart when you prod it.
- Serve straight from the dish.
