Salmon pasta

Salmon fried in large flakes, spinach wilted into the cream, and pasta folded in at the end.

30 minutes in total — 15 minutes of preparation and 15 minutes on the hob or in the oven. Written for 4 servings.

For 4 servings.

  • 500 g pasta
  • 400 g salmon
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 g spinach
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

How to make it

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of water as the packet says, typically 9-11 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the salmon for 4-5 minutes, until it flakes apart.
  3. Add the cream and spinach and let it simmer for 3 minutes, until the spinach has wilted.
  4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper and fold in the pasta.
