Ingredients
For 4 servings.
- 700 g beef shoulder
- 300 g rice
- 600 ml bone broth
- 30 g butter
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
How to make it
- Cut the shoulder into large cubes.
- Brown the meat in the butter in a pot for 6-8 minutes.
- Pour in half the broth, put on the lid and let it simmer for 90-100 minutes, until the meat is tender.
- Cook the rice in the rest of the broth as the packet says, typically 10-12 minutes.
- Season the meat and rice with salt and pepper.
- Divide the rice between the plates and lay the meat on top with the juices.
