Scrambled eggs with butter

Eggs stirred slowly over a low heat, so they turn creamy instead of dry.

  • 6 pcs eggs
  • 40 g butter
  • 50 ml cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

How to make it

  1. Whisk the eggs and cream together with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan over a low heat, pour in the egg mixture and stir it gently for 5-6 minutes, until it has just set.
  3. Divide the scrambled eggs between the plates while they are still soft.
