Fried eggs with bacon

Ingredients

For 2 servings.

  • 4 pcs eggs
  • 150 g bacon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

How to make it

  1. Fry the bacon crisp in a pan for 5-6 minutes and lift it out.
  2. Crack the eggs into the fat and fry them for 3-4 minutes, until the whites are white and the yolks still runny.
  3. Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
  4. Lay the bacon beside the eggs and serve.
