Warm ham with courgette
Courgette fried soft in butter, with strips of ham folded in at the end.

Ingredients
For 2 servings.
- 200 g ham
- 400 g courgette
- 30 g butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
How to make it
- Cut the courgette into half slices and the ham into strips.
- Fry the courgette in the butter for 6-8 minutes, until the slices are soft and have taken colour.
- Fold in the ham and let it warm through for 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper and divide it between two bowls.
