Beef patties with onions that have had the twelve minutes it takes before they turn sweet.

Ingredients

For 4 servings.

  • 600 g minced beef
  • 3 pcs onion
  • 50 g butter
  • 200 ml bone broth
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

How to make it

  1. Cut the onions into rings and shape four flat patties from the mince.
  2. Melt half the butter and fry the onions over a low heat for 12-15 minutes, until soft and golden.
  3. Lift out the onions and fry the patties in the rest of the butter for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Pour the broth into the pan and let it reduce for 3-4 minutes, until syrupy.
  5. Season the pan juices with salt and pepper.
  6. Spread the onions over the patties and pour the juices over.
