Cauliflower gratin

A warm, gluten-free gratin that feels like proper comfort food.

Ingredients

For 4 servings.

  • 800 g cauliflower
  • 300 ml cream
  • 150 g cheese
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

How to make it

  1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees and let it preheat for about 10 minutes.
  2. Break the cauliflower into florets.
  3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
  4. Boil the potato slices in water for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Put the cauliflower and potatoes in an ovenproof dish and pour the cream over.
  6. Season the cauliflower and potatoes with salt and pepper.
  7. Top with cheese and bake the gratin for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Let the gratin settle for a moment and cut it in the dish.
