Ingredients
For 4 servings.
- 800 g potatoes
- 200 g bacon
- 4 pcs eggs
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
How to make it
- Peel the potatoes and dice them.
- Chop the onion.
- Boil the potatoes in water for 8 minutes and drain them.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bacon and onion for 5-6 minutes.
- Add the potatoes and fry on for 8-10 minutes, until they are crisp.
- Fry the eggs in a little oil for 3-4 minutes.
- Season the biksemad with salt and pepper and put a fried egg on top of each portion.
