Ingredients

For 4 servings.

  • 400 g smoked pork loin
  • 800 g potatoes
  • 2 pcs onion
  • 200 g spinach
  • 50 g butter
  • 1000 ml water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

How to make it

  1. Peel the potatoes, dice the onions and dice the pork loin.
  2. Boil the potatoes tender in water for 18-20 minutes, drain them and let them steam dry.
  3. Cut the potatoes into slices once you can hold them in your hand.
  4. Melt the butter in a large pan and brown the potato slices for 8-10 minutes, without stirring them too much.
  5. Add the onion and meat and fry them along for 5-6 minutes.
  6. Fold in the spinach, let it wilt for 1-2 minutes and season with salt and pepper.

Calculated from the ingredients using figures from Frida (the National Food Institute at the Technical University of Denmark), by the same code the app uses. The calories are rounded to the nearest ten, because home cooking lands within about ±30 % — a number with more digits would promise a precision it does not have. No judgement is attached to these figures, and none is coming.
