Ingredients
For 4 servings.
- 600 g minced beef
- 1 pcs eggs
- 1 pcs onion
- 3 pcs apple
- 40 g butter
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
How to make it
- Chop the onion finely and cut the apples into wedges without the cores.
- Stir the mince together with the egg, onion, salt and pepper, and shape eight flat frikadeller.
- Melt half the butter in a pan and fry the frikadeller for 5-6 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
- Lift out the frikadeller, melt the rest of the butter and let the apple wedges collapse for 6-8 minutes.
- Turn the frikadeller in the apples and serve at once.
