Flat lamb patties with a honey glaze that turns glossy in the pan.

Ingredients
For 4 servings.
- 400 g minced lamb
- 40 g honey
- 40 g butter
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
How to make it
- Stir the mince together with salt and pepper and shape eight flat patties.
- Melt the butter in a pan and fry the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Brush them with honey and let them fry for another 1-2 minutes, until the glaze is glossy.
- Let the patties rest for a moment before they go on the plate.
- Serve the patties while the glaze is still glossy.
