Ingredients
For 4 servings.
- 8 pcs eggs
- 100 g cheese
- 150 g ham
- 30 g butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
How to make it
- Whisk the eggs together with salt and pepper, and grate the cheese.
- Melt the butter in the pan, pour in the eggs and let the omelette set over a low heat for 6-8 minutes.
- Spread the ham and cheese over one half and fold the omelette over the filling.
- Let it stand for half a minute, so the cheese melts, and divide it in two.
