Oven-baked cauliflower steaks with cheese and potatoes

Crisp cauliflower slices with melted cheese.

Ingredients

For 4 servings.

  • 800 g cauliflower
  • 100 g cheese
  • 600 g potatoes
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

How to make it

  1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees and let it preheat for about 10 minutes.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into thick slices.
  3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges.
  4. Lay the cauliflower and potatoes on a tray.
  5. Brush the cauliflower with melted butter and top with cheese.
  6. Season the cauliflower and potatoes with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake the cauliflower and potatoes for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Lift the cauliflower steaks onto the plates with the potatoes around them.
