Ingredients
For 4 servings.
- 600 g pork neck chops
- 400 g beetroot
- 30 g butter
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
How to make it
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees and let it preheat for about 10 minutes.
- Cut the beetroot into wedges.
- Turn the beetroot in the melted butter in a dish.
- Lay the chops on top and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the beetroot is tender.
- Serve straight from the dish.
