Ingredients
For 4 servings.
- 600 g ribeye
- 2 pcs avocado
- 1 pcs lemon
- 30 g butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
How to make it
- Halve the avocados, remove the stones, halve the lemon and squeeze the juice over them.
- Fry the ribeye in the butter for 3-4 minutes on each side, until it has a crust.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper and let it rest for a moment.
- Cut the steak into slices across the grain and lay them beside the avocados.
