For 2 servings.
- 100 g salmon
- 4 slices rye bread
- 80 g crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp dill
- 1 pcs lemon
- 20 g butter
- 1 tsp pepper
How to make it
- Break the cold salmon into flakes, chop the dill and halve the lemon.
- Butter the rye bread.
- Spread the salmon on the rye bread and dot crème fraîche on top.
- Squeeze the lemon over, scatter dill and pepper on and serve the sandwiches cold.
