Vegetable lasagne

A vegetarian version of the classic lasagne, good for weekend cooking.

For 4 servings.

  • 250 g lasagne sheets
  • 500 ml béchamel sauce
  • 200 g mozzarella
  • 300 g spinach
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

How to make it

  1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees and let it preheat for about 10 minutes.
  2. Layer the spinach and lasagne sheets in a dish.
  3. Season the spinach with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour béchamel sauce between the layers.
  5. Top with mozzarella and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  6. Let the lasagne rest for ten minutes, so the layers can be cut without sliding.
