Warm mussels with lemon

Ingredients
For 2 servings.
- 800 g mussels
- 45 g butter
- 1 pcs lemon
- 1 pcs onion
- 1 tsp pepper
How to make it
- Rinse the mussels and discard any that do not close. Chop the onion finely and halve the lemon.
- Sweat the onion in the butter in a pot for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the mussels, put on the lid and steam them for 5-6 minutes, until they have opened.
- Discard any mussels that are still closed.
- Squeeze the lemon over, scatter pepper on and serve the mussels at once.
