Yesterday's chicken, reheated

Yesterday's chicken warmed through together with courgette. Lunch without a new shop.

Ingredients

For 2 servings.

  • 200 g chicken breast
  • 300 g courgette
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

How to make it

  1. Cut the courgette into slices and the chicken into strips.
  2. Fry the courgette in the butter for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Fold in the chicken and let it warm through for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and divide it between two bowls.
