Ingredients
For 2 servings.
- 200 g minced lamb
- 200 g Greek yoghurt
- 150 g cucumber
- 1 pcs lemon
- 20 g butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
How to make it
- Dice the cucumber, halve the lemon and squeeze the juice from it.
- Stir the yoghurt together with the lemon juice and fold in the cucumber.
- Brown the mince in the butter in a pan for 6-8 minutes, until it has taken colour.
- Season the mince with salt and pepper.
- Divide the mince between two bowls and put the cold yoghurt alongside.
