Fried salmon, crisp chips and a mayonnaise stirred up with lemon. Friday without a deep-fat fryer.

For 4 servings.
- 400 g salmon
- 800 g chips
- 45 g mayonnaise
- 1 pcs lemon
- 300 g cucumber
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
How to make it
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees and let it preheat for about 10 minutes.
- Cut the cucumber into slices and halve the lemon.
- Stir the mayonnaise together with the juice from one lemon half and put it in the fridge.
- Bake the chips in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Fry the salmon in the oil in the pan for 4-5 minutes on each side, until it flakes apart.
- Season the fish with salt and pepper and serve it with the chips, cucumber and lemon mayonnaise.
