- 400 g smoked pork loin
- 800 g chips
- 400 g red cabbage
- 30 g butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
How to make it
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees and let it preheat for about 10 minutes.
- Cut the pork loin into slices.
- Bake the chips in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Melt the butter in a pan and warm the slices of meat through for 3-4 minutes.
- Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- Divide the meat and chips between the plates and put the red cabbage alongside.
