Tacos with beef
Spiced beef in crisp shells, with sweetcorn and tomato that everyone fills in themselves.

Ingredients
For 4 servings.
- 600 g beef
- 8 pcs taco shells
- 200 g sweetcorn
- 3 pcs tomato
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
How to make it
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees and let it preheat for about 10 minutes.
- Dice the tomatoes.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the beef for 6-8 minutes.
- Warm the taco shells in the oven for 3-4 minutes, until crisp.
- Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- Fill the taco shells with meat, tomato and sweetcorn, and serve.
